Refund policy

We understand that things happen, but with the nature of airsoft and the made to order products that we sell, we are unable to offer returns at this time. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do out best to package and ship out our products in a timely manor, but we can not offer any compensation for slow shipping once it has been dropped off to the shipping carrier, so we do highly recommend choosing Priority shipping or UPS to avoid any delays. 

If you have other issues with your order or forgot to add something to your cart before it has shipped out, please reach out. A common question we get is mistakenly ordering an MTW Carbon Barrel, when you meant to order one for an AEG spec. Reach out and we can get that swapped for the same length at no additional cost. We strive to provide accurate photos and answer questions prior to purchase. If in doubt, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns to jonce@jollyairsoft.com. 

Please note that some of the hand made and 3D printed parts may vary slightly from batch to batch, but function all the same.
